Welcome to Recharter Season 2019-2020

All Districts in the Spirit of Adventure Council should submit their recharter by November 15th 2019. The Internet Recharter system is open now!

Key Steps for Annual Recharter

  1. Make sure all new registration forms (youth and adult) are submitted (online or paper). Doing this will reduce the amount of data entry that you will need to do.
  2. Log onto Recharter System, and complete all steps, including “submit to Council.” **This step can not be completed until November 1st. **DO NOT PAY FOR THE CHARTER ONLINE**
  3. Print the Final Approved Roster ("Draft" copy is not acceptable)
  4. By November 15th, submit the following items:
    1. Final Approved Roster
    2. New Background Check Disclosure forms for all registered adults
    3. Corresponding Applications that go with any new youth or adults manually added to the charter as shown on page 1 of the Final Roster
    4. Fee Calculation Worksheet
    5. Journey To Excellence (JTE) Form
    6. Disability Awareness Survey
    7. Check Payment
