All Districts in the Spirit of Adventure Council should submit their recharter ASAP. Charters are processed as they come into the office, so the earlier you submit, the earlier it will be processed.
Key Steps for Annual Recharter
- Make sure all new registration forms (youth and adult) are submitted (online or paper). Doing this will reduce the amount of data entry that you will need to do.
- Log onto Recharter System, and complete all steps, including “submit to Council.” **DO NOT PAY FOR THE CHARTER ONLINE**
- Print the Final Approved Roster ("Draft" copy is not acceptable)
- ASAP, submit the following items:
- Final Approved Roster
- Corresponding Applications (including Youth Protection Cert, Background Check form, CORI form, and copy of ID for adults) that go with any new youth or adults manually added to the charter as shown on page 1 of the Final Roster
- Fee Calculation Worksheet
- Journey To Excellence (JTE) Form
- Disability Awareness Survey
- Charter Partner Agreement
- Charter Payment

- $25/New Member Joining Fee

For Troops & Crews:
